Travelers' Trifles or What I See From Mountain To Sea by M.A.C.
This is one old elevator. 😄 It works just fine though. It is in the Pioneer Museum of Colorado Springs CO. There are only two floors so it takes no time at all to ride it between the first and the second floors. You will have to close the outer cage door manually. The Pioneers Museum in Colorado Springs is on the 200 block of South Tejon Street. It sits right in the middle of the block completely surrounded by a park. It is a very nice place. There are often temporary displays of art works throughout the museum park. When we were there during August 2019, there were about 30 giant butterflies of many highly decorative color patterns on display.
