The Paramount Building has neon signs now. It was designated a NYC landmark in 1988. It has 33 stories and is located at 2501 Broadway Street in the Theater District near Times Square. It was built in the Beaux-Arts architectural style. The Paramount Theater originally was located here but now we have Hard Rock Cafe 🙆.

This is Saint Patricks' Cathedral on 5th Avenue in Midtown Manhatten NYC. It was built in a gothic architectural style and was completed in 1878.

The Flatiron Building is one of the most iconic buildings in Manhatten. It is in mid Manhatten surrounded by 5th Avenue, Broadway, and 22nd Street. I was in front of the Eataly Italian Market and Café when I took this photo.

This photo shows the surviving retaining wall and the most intact column from the former Twin Tower site. This museum is on the opposite side of the former Twin Towers location from where the new One World Trade Center stands.

And this photo was taken from the TOP of the One World Trade Center building which is presently the tallest building in the western hemisphere.

The Mindeankeret is at Nyhavn Canal in Copenhagen. The Mindeankeret is a Memorial Anchor. It commemorates the civilian sailors who died at sea during WWII. Underneath the anchor is a lead capsule which contains the names of 1,600 sailors.

Malmö Castle, located in Malmö Sweden. This Fortress like castle is much more opulent inside than what the exterior indicates. In the 1530s, King Christian III razed much of the original castle that stood here and had this castle built as one of the most important strongholds of Dänmark ( Southern Sweden was part of Dänmark at this time). .
