TRAVELERS' TRIFLES OR WHAT I SEE FROM MOUNTAIN TO SEA; M.A.C.

One of my favorite restaurants is in downtown Colorado Springs. They have a killer chili con carne type dish with vegan faux beef that seems like it is the real thing. It has 3 kinds of beans in it and the flavor is exceptional. They also have great drinks and prices are very fair. As it says on the awning at the left, they are a book store also. This place has been around for many years and the owner was once on the Colorado Springs city council. It has grown from 1 store space to 3 store spaces. It is obviously very popular with the locals.
